Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before purchasing. By purchasing the Passive Profit Plan, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the terms outlined below, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Sell Your Brilliance Online (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Program Overview

Passive Profit Plan (the “Course”) is a digital educational product designed to help you plan and validate a profitable passive income product.

When you purchase the Course, you gain access to:

  • The full Passive Profit Plan curriculum delivered online.
  • Bonus materials and resources as advertised at the time of your enrolment.
  • Optional access to our private support community if purchased as part of your offer.

2. Community Access (“The Creators Community”)

If your purchase includes the Passive Profit Plan + Membership, you will receive access to a private online community hosted via Kajabi Communities.

  • Access is granted for the lifetime of the Course or while the community remains active.
  • If the community is scheduled to close, you will be given 60 days’ notice and the opportunity to download available resources.
  • We reserve the right to revoke community access without refund if you are found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or violate community guidelines.

3. Course Bonuses

Bonuses may be offered during limited-time promotions. You will receive only the bonuses available at the time of your purchase. Bonuses may change or be removed at any time.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

You agree to pay the price advertised at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Course, once purchased no refunds will be provided.

6. Payment Defaults & Collections

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge any other eligible method on file.

7. Confidentiality & Code of Conduct

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding discussions within the Course and any shared materials. You must not:

  • Share or disclose other participants’ information.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or share course content outside the program.

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All Course content (videos, templates, workbooks, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and remains the property of the Company. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, single-user license.

You may not copy, resell, modify, or distribute the materials. Violations will result in termination of access and potential legal action.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, or global events).

10. Disclaimers

The Course is educational in nature. We do not offer legal, financial, or medical advice. Individual results will vary. Your success depends on your own effort, implementation, and business circumstances.

We make no guarantees of income or outcomes.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) the Course. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Course.

12. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course indicates your acceptance of any changes.

We may also terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

No refund will be issued, and payment obligations remain.

13. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to publicly or privately make negative or harmful comments about the Course, Company, or any team members. If you have a concern, we invite you to contact our support team for resolution.

14. Dispute Resolution

By purchasing the Course, you waive all claims against the Company arising from your use of the Course. Any disputes will be handled privately and respectfully, in accordance with applicable UK law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your actions, use of the Course, or breach of this Agreement.
